Community Key helps families that are caring for a seriously-ill or critically-injured child in paying their mortgage or rent payments, allowing them some relief from one of their largest financial burdens.

How We Help
I am proud to support Community Key which is a unique charity in Canada. It was founded by our brokerage, Quantus Mortgage Solutions in 2015.
Co-founder, Paul Bojakli, created the charity after spending five horrible days in the intensive care unit (ICU) after his daughter had a near-death experience during a swimming competition.
During his time in the ICU, Paul witnessed many other worried families visiting their ill children, some of which had been in intensive care for months. It made him wonder, how did these families decide whether to return to work or to continue sacrificing financial stability to stand by their children?
Through Community Key, we can help in two ways:

We make payments for the family’s mortgage or rent,

We work with their mortgage lender to take advantage of available programs to delay or minimize their mortgage payments during their time of need
A portion of every earned commission from every mortgage I fund is donated to this incredible cause.
Our aim is to “key” as many families in need as we can, so they can focus on what’s truly key – family.
